I love the ‘I love all this stuff’ part too! She looks so absolutely button-nose-cute when she was younger, before the need for constant BiPAP use took over & stole fun times away 😦 Haha I also really loved the pic where she was with Alex & he was dressed in taekwondo gear.
Love all the button nose cute pics (cos it’s cute. I love button-nose-cute!), but more so for the fact that she wasn’t trapped at home by BiPAP machinery & use & things.

Look Michelle! (To my surprise), the main news outlet in Singapore has featured Julianna’s story too – it is a surprise because to my best knowledge, they haven’t published prior news about J’s story, unlike how the Heaven over hospital debate went viral on other news outlets. And like I said – for me, the first acquaintance with your story came from The Mighty.
Seeing this video makes me .. miss Julianna a lot, but it also makes my heart so full to be able to say that – I count it my blessing to have had a (virtual) friendship with Julianna, that I can (sort of?) call her my friend because we have exchanged mail (through you – thanks M!), and our little prolific writer has an autographed book to her name, making its way to me quite soon.
So proud to be able to call this warrior princess my friend! Even as this appears on Facebook as though it were yet another sad, cruel story of some kid, yes – it is cruel & stupid & sad – but this isn’t ‘just another’ story, but that of my sassy mermaid-warriorprincess-author friend Julianna, whom I have had great honour & pleasure to correspond with and know. I feel like it should be my mission to share Julianna & her amazing story with everyone on my Facebook feed who shares this link, now 😌☺

I have watched that clip over and over again .. Since you first posted it in March, one of my favorites.. With her ‘it’s a beautiful party’ to ‘I love all this stuff’. Michelle, Steve and Alex.. You have lots of people thinking of you and holding you in their hearts. I know that helps a little but by no means makes up for your loss.. your pain. Julianna was special, she touched people around the world. I believe she is with you now. Hugging all of you with strong arms. You will see her again in Heaven. As you enter Heaven and God’s welcoming you with open arms.. Julianna will be right next to Him. Waiting to jump in your arms. It’s a beautiful sight and it warms my heart. Praying for you.

I second that!!! Julianna said when it’s her family’s turn to go to heaven, she will stand right in front and wave, so that her family can see/recognise her right away when they get there. Hehe :’) xx

It appears from some comments over the last few days, that some people may be perplexed by some of the things done while one is grieving for the loss of a loved one that has gone to Heaven. It’s undeniable that their presence in our lives will be sorely missed, this is a given FACT, but what gives us the ultimate peace is that we know where they are at; and it’s not an illusion of our imagination; or you could not have that peace of KNOWING they are “fine right now”, which acts to counteract or “lessen the impact” of the overwhelming grief. The sting that Death and Dying has, doesn’t get the victory. We as Christians and who have our belief and Faith in God, celebrate their lives and the impact their lives had on others when our loved ones’ transition to Heaven. We KNOW we will see them again, and will live with them throughout all Eternity.
If you are hurting, grieving and just don’t understand what’s going on, but you see “The Snow Family” has got something, “you don’t understand quite what it is”, that you may not have…that Peace That Surpasses All Understanding, even when you go through the most horrific events in your life. I’d like to extend to you, the opportunity to know God. God of all the Universe, sent His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ into the World to Save the World; that whoever would believe in Jesus Christ would have the Gift of Eternal Life.
All you have to say, is God I’m hurting, I don’t understand all this “religious stuff”, but if you are real, come into my life; and into my heart, I am hurting and stop the pain. I guarantee you, if you pray the prayer in sincerity, you will see results.

What a Beautiful remembrance of your Daughter. It makes me sad but, even though I never met Julianna, it also reminds me how lucky we all are to have had the opportunity to “meet” her though your Blog. Julianna spread the message of God’s love and peace in all circumstances and the True Meaning of Life more in her few years than many of us do in much longer. In her example, we should strive to be better and love more and enjoy. Thank you for sharing her with us. We pray for you in your loss, but rejoice with you in Forever.

The pain comes and goes a lot of the times I look at pictures of her and then I start to smile again Julianna and your family have touched so many lives .
